Calling all Black graduate students in Computer Science or Software Engineering! 


Are you ready to propel your career with Autodesk?


This unique professional development program, brought to you by Autodesk and HBCU 20x20, is designed to mentor and guide up to 10 graduate students, setting them on a path to an internship at Autodesk.


As a fellow, you'll engage in tailored workshops led by Autodesk professionals. These sessions will allow you to discover more about your personal and professional interests, enhance your professional and coding skills, prepare for interviews, and build a strong personal brand.

Fellow Criteria/ Requirements:


  • Must be enrolled in a Masters program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant fields with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - August 2026. 
  • Identify as a Black/ African American
  • Students should be willing to interview for a paid, remote or hybrid, Summer 2025 Internship with Autodesk upon completion of Fellowship. While all locations are welcome for remote internships, students residing in or can relocate (at their own expense) to San Francisco, Portland, Denver, Boston and Atlanta are encouraged to apply.
  • Students passionate about entering a career in tech. Especially if you're interested in different disciplines within software engineering we want students who want careers in software engineering and have coding experience.  
  • Understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, theory basics)
  • Good understanding in OOP, and its implementation within relevant programming language such Go, C++, C#, Java, Python etc
  • Web related technologies such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of using AWS and CI/CD, preferred 
  • For security engineer opportunities, a basic knowledge of security and risk management concepts, industry standards and network infrastructure
