We're excited you're interested in the U.S. Bank + HBCU 20x20 Technology Fellowship.

U.S. Bank and HBCU 20x20 are proud to announce our search for our THIRD cohort for the U.S. Bank + HBCU 20x20 Technology Fellowship. This paid, four-week professional development fellowship program that will prepare and empower 15 HBCU sophomores for careers in tech at U.S. Bank.

Fellows will have the opportunity to take courses such as developing a tech resume & cover letter, the business behind technology, and diversity, equity and inclusion at U.S. Bank — just to name a few.

Fellows will build the soft and hard skills needed to be successful in professional tech careers.

Interested in joining the U.S. Bank + HBCU 20x20 Technology Fellowship? Here's what we are looking for:

• Sophomores currently enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black College and University).
• Students passionate about entering a career in tech. Whether you're interested in software engineering or product and UI/UX design, we want students who want careers in tech.
• Ability to participate in the full four-week virtual program.
• Fellows will be encouraged to apply for paid Summer 2025 internships or full-time roles, so an interest in interning is highly recommended.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
