Full Job Description:

*This role will be based out of Mahwah, NJ with the expectation to be on-site 2-3x/week


The Analyst, Commercial Excellence (Rotation) is a 12-month, early-career opportunity designed to advance business acumen, develop core business competencies, and enhance leadership skills. This immersive program provides hands-on experience in key areas including Supply Chain & Demand Planning, Sales Operations, and Field Operations. At the conclusion of the program, a capstone project synthesizing the learnings and contributions will be completed.

What you will do:


  • Sales Operations - the focus will be on Data Science, Sales Analytics, and Master Data. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting the management and optimization of master data systems, and collaborating with data science teams to drive insights and improve sales strategies.
  • Sales Compensation - responsibilities including assisting in the design and implementation of sales compensation plans, evaluating compensation data to ensure alignment with business goals, and providing analytical support for compensation-related projects.
  • Demand Planning - In this rotation, responsibilities include forecasting product demand using historical data and market analysis, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand planning, and analyzing inventory levels to recommend adjustments to meet demand.
  • Field Operations - responsibilities including supporting supply chain optimization projects, analyzing supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to enhance supply chain processes.


What you need:


  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Data Analysis, Mathematics, or related field with a targeted graduation date on or before June 2024.
  • 3.2 GPA or above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and leadership
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
