The Power of Dreams Fellowship will provide more than 40 incoming HBCU first year students with the opportunity to learn more about interviewing, resume development, dressing for success, while exploring different industries including fashion, accounting, biotech, communications, engineering, finance and more.

The program prepares students for their future careers through hour-long workshops, panels, and presentations, while curating space for fellows to develop their network with students and professionals in attendance. A stipend is provided upon completion.

CRITERIA FOR THE POWER OF DREAMS FELLOWSHIP: 

• Identifies as Black.
• Has officially accepted an offer to an HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities).
• Is enrolled for Fall 2024 or Winter 2024 at an HBCU.
• Available virtually for two hours on Wednesdays from May 29th -June 26th.
• 18 years or older.
