Come spend the summer with the Adobe Service Management team! We are seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Management Intern to join the Adobe Service Management team. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in establishing the standards and workflows needed to build, maintain and find critical service management documentation and knowledge articles for all Adobe teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in growing our organization's ability to enable AI-based self-help/self-learn solutions in support of Adobe’s services quality and reliability.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly.
