This prestigious fellowship unites high-achieving finance students from HBCUs across the country who are passionate about enhancing their finance skills and making an impact. Over an intensive 4-week journey, Fellows will dive into a dynamic curriculum of expert-led workshops, hands-on courses, and inspiring speaker series, all crafted to unlock exciting career pathways in finance for Black students.

Fellow Criteria/ Requirements:

• Sophomores currently enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black College and University).
• Students passionate about entering a career in finance.
• Fellows will be encouraged to apply for paid Spring and Summer 2026 internships, so an interest in interning is highly recommended.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
